01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 888phil platform — including its website, mobile interface, and any associated applications — you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 888phil platform. 888phil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

02 Eligibility

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

888phil reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by 888phil may result in account suspension or termination.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 888phil platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 888phil. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 888phil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 888phil may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued use of the platform. Required documents may include a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Security: You must notify 888phil immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.

888phil reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 888phil platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Payment Methods: 888phil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved local payment channels, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods may change from time to time at 888phil's discretion.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated without prior notice.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds obtained through illegal means, or funds belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited.

Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

888phil may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or coordinated activity with other players constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• 888phil reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior in connection with a promotion.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 888phil platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• RNG Certification: All 888phil games that rely on random outcomes use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account history, time of play, or any other external factor.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 888phil reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888phil platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity under Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 888phil staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to 888phil immediately at [email protected].
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888phil platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of 888phil or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 888phil.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any 888phil trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform by any means.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 888phil's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Termination

888phil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination for cause, 888phil reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where applicable, any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you through your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 888phil support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

13 Amendments

888phil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 888phil will notify registered users through one or more of the following methods: a notice posted on the platform, an email to your registered address, or a notification within your account dashboard.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 888phil platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 888phil, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

888phil's operations are conducted within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
